1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if the following conditions are met:

✔ You contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order
✔ The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging
✔ You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
The Decor Edit reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

🚫 Used, altered, or damaged items (unless due to our fault)
🚫 Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective)
🚫 Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Your reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

✅ Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
📦 Items must be returned within 7 days of approval.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Bank or payment provider delays may affect processing time

💡 Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order separately


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Important Reminders

✅ Inspect your order immediately upon delivery
✅ Keep original packaging until you decide to keep the item
🚫 Returns made without prior approval will not be accepted
